Row houses are very common in Philadelphia. For this project, I designed two different row houses using the same design concepts in the houses. House 1 was set on a short and wide lot while house 2 was set on a long and skinny lot. While the driving force behind the design, staggered circulation, stays the same in each house the layout changes based on the site size.
